I ordered the chicken fried chicken and not 4 hours later puked everything up. It was the blue thing I had eaten that day so I know it’s not something else and I feel fine this morning. Just letting you know.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ate at Outback express Riverview fl last night at around 7. I had a steak, broccoli and a ceaser salad I have been sick ever since. It started about 30 mins after I ate if that. Diarrhea very nauseous and chills!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Nausea

Our golf group went to the Ruby Tuesdays in the villages in Spanish Springs Sunday 11/10. Two of us got Philly cheesesteak and noticed after eating half that the onions were slimy.
