Family went there for dinner at 6:30pm today and now I'm I'll. Started with nausea an hour or so after leaving restraunt, then diarrhea and now vomiting. I had a chicken bowl with rice, pinto beans, veggies and cheese. Feel absolutely horrible. Stomach cramping and dizzy.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness

Don't know if it was a salad or the macaroni from Panera Bread, Both my wife and I. Felt bloated all afternoon after eating. Didn't have an appetite around dinner time. Diarrhea started around 1800 and is every 20-30 minutes since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Bloating, Loss of Appetite
