Went to Kroger Saturday night (10-14-2023) around 10pm and brought some checker fries. After eating everything was fine. I woke up 4:30-5:00 that morning with severe abdominal pains and nauseated. I’ve been up and down to the restroom that whole day and threw up everywhere.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

was vomiting, had diarrhea, fever, dehydrated and severe head aches for the next 4 days. I live in Chicago. The next day January 15, 2022 I went to urgent care. The doctor did a stool sample and the result came back on Monday that I have Salmonela. I didn't eat anything else on Friday. Dr prescribed medication. I call the restaurant yesterday and the manager said why I waited so long to call them. That there was not anything she could do at this point.
