Ate a gyro. Today I don't feel the best because I have had diarrhea since about 10am-3pm. I know it was 100% this place because I was not home and had no other food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Brought food for my co workers and I. I had a McDouble and they had nuggets, fries, and chicken strips. We all have the same symptoms of vomiting all night along with diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
