I had chicken carbonara pasta and a chicken Caesar salad at 10 pm and the next morning at 8am after not eating anything else I started throwing up and having diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I really like Milagros but it’s the only thing we can figure out that caused it. I had chicken soft tacos with lettuce instead of tortillas at 3, and around 9:30 at night I had stomachache pain and then vomiting all night long with dry heaves, and diarrhea and still in bed the next day with chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain

Fried rice, garlic chicken, guy tai, Ordered the fried rice, garlic chicken, and a guy tai at 6:45 pm. Finished eating at 8pm. Returned to hotel room. At 2 am woke up nauseous and ran to bathroom with blowout diarrhea and vomiting. Fever and chills. This continued for 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills
