sausage egg McMuffin  We ate the sandwich for breakfast along with coffee then had stomach pains within about 2 hours followed by diarrhea. My boyfriend and I both got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Chicken burrito, I ate there Saturday March 23rd I had a chicken burrito with white rice, 1/2 black beans 1/2 pinto, cheese and sour cream. I started getting sick about 4 hours later and was sick for 4 days. Vomiting, diarrhea, I ended up in the hospital on Tuesday night.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

I had a small 10 inch pepperoni pizza and yet it still managed to be cold and too salty and apparently gave me diarrhea which is definitely Dominos’ fault because I never react to pizza like that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
