I picked up a full Fugi apple chicken salad Saturday afternoon to eat half then half on Sunday for lunch or dinner. I ate it around 7pm Sunday night and woke up at 3am Monday morning with diarrhea and vomiting. 4 hours later, I am still sick and had to call off work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

Picked up two large chili's. Ate one for dinner and my wife left hers in the frig. 3 in the morning I got sick and ended up running for the bathroom all night. Took all day on fluids to recover. Nervous to even touch the other so its hitting the garbage.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

I think I got some bad meat on my pizza. My son found a long hair in his crust, too. I was up all night with a stomach ache. Starting puking and diarrhea in the morning. It doesn't seem sanitary there. Wear a hair net for Gods sake!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
