Two times in a row I've ordered from this store and thrown up violently within a few hours. Both times were rough enough to tear up my esophagus so I had bloody mucus also being thrown up.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other, Mucus in Stools

Consumed one Miso Instant Ramen cup that I had purchased earlier this afternoon. Immediately thought the taste was ‘off’ but finished it anyway, chalking it up to it being organic vs the Cup O Noodles that I was use to. I was shaking and vomiting minutes after I finished the cup.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Shaking

I don't eat pork so when I do I get sick. Well on multiple occasions after I have eaten "turkey sausage" from there I've had sever cramps, constipation, and nausea. Nor sure what is going on with their food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Constipation
