Had margarita pizza, spinach artichoke dip and boneless wings. The wings did not taste good so we stopped eating them. Informed the watress and she removed them. Shortly afterward my wife is very ill and vomiting, I am very nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
