I order 2 steak tacos and 1 steak burrito at 10pm. By 5am I was throwing up every 15-20mins, until 9:30am the next day. I had diarrhea through that time and into the next day. Stomach cramping for hours, we’ll into the evening of the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

Bought the individual pizza at a gas station/convenience store Thursday evening. Ate it around 7pm. I was at work and wasn’t feeling well. I had to go home, where I had severe vomiting and hours later diarrhea and a fever. I was sick all of Friday and most of Saturday  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My boyfriend and I both had 2 tacos at about 10 pm. I woke up at 1 am and was violently ill. This continued hourly until 9 am. My boyfriend started getting ill a few hours after me and remained ill all night as well. It was the only thing we ate in common all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
