I usually always get the Alfredo chicken and I ordered it right before close got to me a little after 12am and ate the rest at about 10 am. Came home at about 11 am and stool was just coming out of me I wasn’t pushing or anything. Only diarrhea as of now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Got a grilled cheese steak burrito and Diet Pepsi no ice at 8:50-9pm last night (3/31) woke up early this morning (4/1) to sharp stomach pains, nausea, severe diarrhea, and projectile vomiting. I can’t even keep water down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Had lunch today with family and within two hours I had diarrhea. I had Fried Shrimp and French Fries which I normally never have problems with elsewhere.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
