After eating on May 2nd I experienced vomiting, diarrhea and severe stomach pain within an hour. Just thought it was a fluke. Same thing happened again on May 10th and was up all night with the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
