About 1 hour after consuming the pizza, I had extreme, painful bloating. An hour later, I was throwing up intensely. An hour after that I threw up even more. Ate chicken tenders meal and had anaphylaxis, with throat constriction & extreme soar throat. I'm pretty sure it was allergic reaction to chicken antibiotics, maybe exacerbated by sugars in other parts of the meal.  | Symptoms: Allergic Reaction
