I ate Appleton Farm spicy bite size salami from Aldi in West Des Moines on 102218 and experienced extremely severe stomach cramps bloody diarrhea weakness low fever chills and nausea that started 3 days later and lasted 6 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Weakness, Chills

Ordered chicken tenders. While eating discovered they were raw inside. Stopped eating and threw away rest. Considerable abdominal pain and diarrhea now. Restaurant struggles to cook food properly. Breakfast sandwiches are often hard and overcooked or appear to have been sitting around for awhile and just microwaved… See more

Im not sure what made me sick but I ate there around 8 at night. I was sick a few hours later with vomiting and diarhea today. My son had nausea. I will have to ask the others I dined with if they got sick. I was with a party of 8.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

This is the 2nd time in the past 6 months I ordered the cheeseburger value meal and vomited about 20 minutes later. Once all was out of my system I felt fine. I have no known allergies or intolerances.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I went to panda express yesterday 1011. I got my food maybe around 6. I ate orange chicken and chow mein also fried rice. The vomiting diarrhea started about 1 in the morning on 1012. I will be going to the doctor in the afternoon  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
