My husband and I had Chipotle 11/9/17 at night. By the middle of the night both of us were sick and confined to bed. Our kids didn't get sick and they did not eat there. That is why we believe it was food poisoning and not the flu.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

3 hours after eating lunch from the Ankeny Pita Pit location I felt sick with vomiting and diarrhea for the remainder of the night. Possibly culprit would be dirty vegetables or under cooked chicken.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
