Got a spicy chicken sandwich that had soggy breading, and tough meat which was hard to bite into. The lettuce was black and the bread was hard.

The grilled chicken sandwich I purchased had tough skin like it was sitting out for a couple hours. Also hard to bite into.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Wife heated an already prepare stuffed red pepper for dinner. She got sick within an hour. Did not sleep the entire night. Threw up several times and has diarrhea. I ate from same meal but differerent pepper. I am fine.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate a half order of Thai chicken salad and a frontega chicken panini sandwich at 7:45 pm inside the restaurant. At 9:15 pm I started feeling terrible cramps in my stomach and a painful bloating. By 9:25 I had diarrhea that lasted till 9:45.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloating, Stomach Pain
