Not sure..but MD said food poisoning Ate burrito with chips and salsa. Later that night/morning I began vomiting with diarrhea and bright red blood in both stool and vomit. Painful cramps  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloody Stool

I ate a shrimp poboy with lettuce, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Later that evening, I experienced abdominal pain, nausea, and chills. I talked to a neighbor who said she also got sick from eating at the same place recently.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Chills, Stomach Pain

I ate the cherry chipotle boneless wings, and a side of French fries. Wife had a flatbread pizza, and ate some of my fries. I got pretty ill with stomach issues around 2AM, after which I seem to be doing better now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
