I had a medium angle food smoothie about 3 hours later I started to feel nauseous and was burping gas smelling burps . I had the Caesar salad, mashed potatoes, Broccoli and Salmon.
About 30 minutes to an hour after eating I was on the toilet for the rest of the night.
