Ordered a prepared Bay Scallop Risotta entree from FreshDirect in Washington, DC. Made it Monday night, was up all night with diarrhea, continued into Tuesday with fever, chills, still all of it, carrying over into Wednesday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills

My son got a chicken bowl with corn, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. I bought it around 2:52pm is what my receipt says and he started to vomit around 4pm and is currently still doing it but mostly fluids because the food came up first. If it continues I'll be taking him to the ER.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Last Saturday, I got Chipotle for my family and we all feel ill with severe nausea, diarrhea, fever, abdominal pain.
