That Daiya dairy free “cheese” gave me the absolute worse diarrhea!!! Veganism as a whole gave me horrible cramps and destroyed my reproductive health but tofu and other soy products amplified it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I ordered a small thing of Cinnamon pretzel bites. They didn’t taste all that great and some seemed a little wet/soggy. Literally 10 minutes later I get this bad nausea and throw the rest away. Long story short, let’s just say I end up throwing up on the plane….  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
