April 7, 2026 lettuce at Chipotle 5 people ate there, 4 have severe food poisoning. The one who did NOT get sick did not have lettuce. The common denominator for the sick people is lettuce.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
