I ate around 6:00pm. I had a spicy CFA deluxe sandwich, a large fry, and a medium lemonade. At 10:50pm I had stomach pain, nausea, and a headache. I had diarrhea. I went to lay down after I finished. I got up again around 5 or so minutes after 11 and had diarrhea, again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Headache, Stomach Pain

I ate dinner around 5pm and had the Ahi Tuna appetizer and petite filet 4 ounce medallions and shrimp. Around 9pm I became very ill and had diarrhea. I did not leave the bathroom until 11:30pm. My stomach is still hurting as I lay here at 3am trying to drink water to stay hydrated.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
