I ate a southwest avocado salad from Wendy’s and can’t stop throwing up occasionally diarrhea, I vomited just me immediately felt nauseous got worse around 5-6 oclock vomited arund 8 havent stopped  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

Came here last week and ordered the blooming fried chicken. The next day I Had the worst case of food poisoning in my life, vomiting/cramps/diarrhea for 2 straight days. Do not eat here!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
