I ate a southwest avocado salad from Wendy’s and can’t stop throwing up occasionally diarrhea, I vomited just me immediately felt nauseous got worse around 5-6 oclock vomited arund 8 havent stopped  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
