I had one crunchy taco supreme, nachos with no beef and guacamole, and a cheesy Gordita crunch. This was between 1230-1. By 4pm my stomach was feeling ill. By 7 I was extreme nauseated and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

My family went there for dinner and my young daughter ordered water but they brought her a smoothie. She decided to try it and a few hours later she was up in the middle of the night throwing up and complaining of stomach pains for a few hours.
No one else in our group got sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had sliders and chicken rings. Ordered yesterday 3/24/19, I was the only one eating. Something wasnt right from the start. I know its white castle but ive never been sick from them.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

They usually give you a bowl of sweet soup as a treat after every meal. Today we went and we got a taro tapioca. The soup did not have the taste of taro but instead is entirely SOUR!!! It was so disgusting and the kitchen came back… See more
