Made tacos. The beans were kinda hard to get out of the can. I thought they were just really jammed in there. Woke up dry heaving and horrible cramps and loose stool. cinnamon and made me sick immediately so much so, that I contacted their Corporate office about an hour after the purchase and made an official complaint. Today @ 10:45am, I started experiencing extreme stomach pain, ended up vomiting in the bath tub while sitting on the commode with painful nonstop diarrhea, I endured these problems for more than an hour.
