I noticed a weird taste with the spinach dip and the quesadillas with the chips. They tasted old almost stale even with and it was watery very watery after that I got home and had a high fever first, then nausea, diarrhea, headache, chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

I ordered a whopper meal with fries & a dr.pepper last evening for a delivery. It was cold when I got it. At about 12am I became nauseated & began vomiting & also had diarrhea.
