Me and my cousins ordered 2 boxes of jalapeño pizza. The next morning we all had a very bad case of diarrhea. We each went to the toilet at least 3 times. I’ve noticed that Every-time we get it we have diarrhea the next morning. This has never happened with any other pizza place.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
