I ordered a chicken finger salad with romaine lettuce and 20 minutes into eating it had severe stomach cramps which turned into diarrhea.
A coworker also had the same thing and about 2 hours later suffered from the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
