Veggie Sub Causes Illness

I ordered a veggie sub with tomato, lettuce, cheese, Mayo, spinach, bell peppers and banana peppers. I ordered it on my lunch break at work and about 30 min after I ate it I started feeling light headed, nauseous and vomited.

Grilled Chicken Sub Illness

Ate a grilled chicken sub at 4pm. At 4:45pm, after leaving the hospital parking structure, I was rushing back into the hospital, parked on a curb - diarrhea. At 10pm, still diarrhea.
