Sub from barbarian cheese steak, All of us not feeling great after but 1 had severe diarrhea and vomiting. 1 had just severe diarrhea and other just had really bad stomach cramps. It started just 4hrs after we ate.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps

Eating at a casino buffet, Approximately 2 hours after getting home he complained of severe abdominal pain. He started vomiting/diarrhea around 1:30am last night and never stopped until 6am this morning. He vomited and had diarrhea continuously every 2-3 minutes.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Burger king, Sick over a period of months. Ate there often didn't realise how bad it was. Just figured the franchise owner was disinterested to fix anything in their store for months. From the ketchup dispenser to the drive thru, lobby door,machine on order for months  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

ate fried pickles (tuesday) and felt very nauseas. Next 24 hours I was on the toilet more than 20 times. Was not able to eat any food...Threw up on thursday and could still see entire pickle.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
