I ate the Lucky Charms cereal April 4th had two bowl before work and doing work I started feeling week dizzy stomach was upset took off work went home had nausea then started throwing up and running back and forth to yhe bath room  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness

Very sick after eating here. Had a chicken bowl. The tomatoes were at the bottom of the container, my guess, I am sick from that.
I went to urgency room and tested negative for influenza a and b. And negative for covid. I've been in bed for almost 24 hours now  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
