I was hospitalized after eating a chicken bacon ranch grilled cheese from this quiktrip I was diagnosed with Enteritis a form of food poisoning that is Contagious I have been throwing up for 48hrs with Diarrhea, Abdominal pain, Body chills, Headache  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
