I had chicken Parmesan with the Alfredo pasta and my stomach won’t stop hurting. I had this yesterday afternoon. I have cramps not sure if it’s from food poisoning. My stomach is gassy, had diarrhea and I’ve been feeling nauseous  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas, Stomach Pain

I ordered chicken nuggets cheeseburger be and fries. I don't know which one it was but I ate it was fine. Then at 3am I went to the bathroom and it was over. I had diarrhea and vomiting it didn't stop until 12pm. I had to call out of work because I couldn't get out ofbthe bathroom  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got a build your own salad at around 1pm today with lettuce, carrots, brocolli, feta cheese, tuna & tomatoes.
