Friday, April 12th, at around 10am I ordered a bacon egg and Gouda sandwich as well as a caramel ribbon drink. By around 3-4pm, I started feeling unwell. At 5 pm I vomited for the first time. Around every half hour after that I was vomiting still, until around 10am today, April 13th.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

12/3/23 Ate a can of spaghetti and meatballs a couple of hours ago, started getting intense cramps and had to go to the bathroom. I have diarrhea, nausea, and now vomiting I am currently sitting in my bathroom floor contemplating sleeping in here. My nose is bleeding from how hard I’m throwing up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

My first sign was the pasta taking several minutes longer than the package said, to cook completely. Within 3 hours of eating the pasta both my kids were c/o stomach aches and then throwing up. My husband and I didn't eat the pasta, and we're not sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
