Yesterday, Possible milk shake or burger/fries food poisoning. Me and one other person got sick 20 minutes apart. we both had a milk shake. Today. Ate a chicken Caesar kale salad for lunch and balsamic flank steak for dinner. An hour and a half after dinner, vomit and diarrhea at the same time. Now at 2am it is mostly just bad cramps. Not sure had two meals today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
