Either too much sliced pepperoni or melatonin gummies I ate pepperoni before bed and took 10mg of melatonin. I got dizzy and had bad stomach cramps. Then diarrhea that lasted through the night until about 11 am this morning.

8/22/2021, Red Barron frozen supreme pizza Husband ate frozen pizza at 9 pm, starting getting sick at 2 am, threw up and heaved for more than 2 hours. Still sick next day with terrible abdominal pain and waves of nausea. Chills and sweats.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Chills, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain
