I ate a mozzarella and meatball hot pocket and 5 minutes later I felt sick to my stomach and light headed. My stomach then began to cramp and it felt like I had to throw up and use the bathroom at the same time. Will never eat a hot pocket again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Lightheaded

I got a number one meal, Diet Coke, and cookies and cream milkshake. Headache began 2-3 hours after that and nausea began approximately 4 hours after ingestion. I threw up the first time and had diarrhea 6 hours after eating. Have had diarrhea countless times and thrown up 3 times in about 7 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

I purchased crab meat and cocktail sauce in the Fish Market. I ate it and within 30 minutes to an hour I started having stomach cramps and nausea followed by vomiting and diarrhea. Remain nauseated and miserable.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
