Ate a burrito bowl early Sunday. Brown rice, black beans, chicken, salsa, corn, cheese, guacamole & lettuce. Extremely sick by Sunday night and still day later.

I got two small soft tacos with white and brown mixed, corn, lettuce, black beans, chicken, and cheese and it was at night. Ordered the veggie wrap with fries, polynesian sauce and chick fil a sauce around 5pm. Woke up around 5am with major headache and body aches. All day was nauseous with headache and finally threw up around 5 pm. Still feel off  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache

I ordered an Italian sub from the deli around 5:45 PM. I pulled the ham off the sandwich after a few bites. 20 minutes after eating, I got stomach cramps and diarrhea that lasted through the night and next morning.
