Boyfriend and I visited Charlotte for the first time. We were told this sushi place was top of the line. We ate there last night. Today we are in agony. Never going back or if I do getting cooked food. Never been sick from high end sushi, so sad  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Thursday October 4, at 1pm I had a burrito bowl with chicken. No beans, lettuce or guacamole. Only had white rice, chicken, salsa and cheese. Also had chips and a drink. Symptoms started the next morning at 6am vomiting, nausea and diarrhea are still happening at 11am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
