i had a number 1 combo w/ a tea and a milkshake yesterday afternoon. at around 5:12am today i died was experiencing nausea, vomiting, &&’ diarrhea. and all day I’ve been experiencing cramps, fever, &&’ chills  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills

Cooked Prepped Salmon package with seasoned butter balls in aluminum tray until well done / kind of dry for dinner. Woke up today 3/21/18 with nausea, vomiting throughout the day today. Can't keep food down at all. Hoping that stomach will settle with time and water.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Had a Sofritas bowl, chips and queso February 10th. Felt nauseous later that day and woke up in the middle of the night with the chills and threw up. Didn't fully recover for a couple of days.
