Had the salad bar last night, felt like the dressing tasted off but wasn’t quite sure and didn’t want to eat pizza (went there with my kids who all just had pizza). Restaurant isn’t very clean and I dont think they properly maintain the salad bar.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

got in the shower and cleaned up went to work to only be there for about a hour and 30mins from where they sent me home because I was in the bathroom throwing up. So I got home came back inside threw up again and this time had to sit on the toilet because I was about to poop on myself. 4 am. I experienced simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea every hour for about 4 hours. The diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal pain have continued to last well into today, as I write this at 2:40 pm. I also feel stiffness and overwhelming fatigue. No fever to report. The organic broccoli had been purchased at here. It came in plastic packaging, which we had left on for the several days it was in our fridge before I cooked it.
