At around 5:30 Wednesday I order steak and shrimp (which was like a stir-fry), white rice and broccoli. Within 10 minutes my stomach started hurting. Once I got home and 7:30 rolled around my stomach was bubbling and I became nauseous. I began vomiting at 8:00 until 12:30 with some diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I bought my food monday 2/14 around 1 pm. It was great until about midnight when I woke up throwing all of the food back up and then some of you know what I mean.
