I had a salad with spinach chicken and leafy greens for lunch yesterday afternoon. 12pm. By 7 pm I ate dinner. I began to instantly feel sick and vomited my dinner. I have been up all night with body ache, diarrhea and stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Body Ache

Produce not sure what though..thinking grapes because I did not get sick or my son..bc we did not eat them My husband noticed the grapes tasted a little funny but just thought it was ok…then like within hours horrible stomach cramps and was sick for days..it was bad. Never saw him so sick in 30years  | Symptoms: Cramps, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

It started last night around 11pm. We went out to eat the night before and I had chicken tacos , Not sure but I was the only one to order chicken at dinner.  Also had low grade fever for about 12 hours, Ordered chicken tacos and next night had diarrhea, vomiting and fever  | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Tuesday night, June 7th. Got carryout boneless wings that didn't seem great. They were dry or old for sure but tasted normal so I ate them anyways. I've been sick for three days now. Nonstop diarrhea and terrible stomach cramps  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

My husband ate grapes from there the beginning of week and started having stomach cramps and within hrs became very ill. I did not eat them so we knew it had to be from grapes through process of elimination. He’s on day 2 still very ill, I’m fine so I know it’s not a virus or I would have it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
