Foil on Ranch dipping sauce was creased and perhaps punctured. I was the only one sick. Symptoms started within 4 hours. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramping occurred for the next 6-7 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

The chicken was cooked in bad grease it had a weird taste to it. I bought a 20 piece chicken today got home ate some of it and immediately tasted a weird taste in my mouth now I’m throwing up.It seems to me like they didn’t change the coming oil.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
