I only had a peanut butter fudge shake, but I almost immediately began to feel nauseous and about 30 minutes to an hour after I finished it I threw it all up entirely. Not fun. My stomach is still churning a little.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Possibly Romaine lettuce and ranch dressing, 1 person got sick that I know if. Nausea within 6 hours of eating. Vomiting at about 22 hours also feel chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
