About 7 hours ago I ate some Asian zing and medium wings and I woke up thinking I had to poop but then nothing came out so I started forcing it and damn near threw up with stomach pain as well  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate the chicken street tacos from Taco John's for lunch around noon. Felt nauseated in the afternoon and evening. Next morning had harsh stomach cramps and watery diarrhea all day long. Could not eat any food for 2 days without stomach cramps. Gassy, gurgly stomach and severe diarrhea for 2 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps

Ate a kfc famous bowl, and started feeling sick shortly after. Had some diarrhea a couple hours after. Lingering nausea for the rest of the day, then started vomiting about 8 hours after eating. Did not eat anything after kfc.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
