My mother had made a salad Thursday with this same lettuce, and said her stomach was upset yesterday. Today was complaining of awful cramps, nausea, and diarrhea. we all started showing symptoms last 3 days me first. But only thing we have all ate in the last week was the pizza 3 people sick. Day 1 i only had heartburn, then about 10hrs later vomited. Just about 2 1/2 hours ago I enjoyed a sandwich with a veggie patty, spinach, banana peppers, mayo, and chipotle ranch dressing.
