felt perfectly fine all day, ordered a 6" steak and cheese on flat bread with spinach and light mayo and 1 hour later I was projectile vomiting with severe bloating and diarrhea followed for the next 2 days. Fever and dizzy with flu like symptoms also. It was horrible!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating, Dizziness
