Only ate 1 thing today - a sausage egg and cheese biscuit at TH. Started feeling nauseous 2-3 hours later and fatigued. Now I’ve been through 3 vomiting episodes, diarrhea and now laying in bed hoping I can gather some strength to take my girls trick or treating in an hour, UGH!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a 10 piece nugget for lunch at about noon, ate only 4 nuggets and became very nauseous. Less than ten minutes later, I'm vomiting uncontrollably and will likely be seeing a doctor.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
