New Philadelphia Ohio Chipotle. I ordered a veggie bowl. It had white rice, corn salsa, both beans black and brown, sour cream, shredded cheese and shredded lettuce at 11:30am. It's now 6:35pm and I'm so sick having diarrhea, nausea, throwing up and Fever. It's so horrible.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

My girlfriend had the BBQ Pork Plate on Friday, September 1st around 5:45pm. She was suffering from severe stomach pains within hours of eating. And was vomiting into the night. The next day she had mostly recovered from it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
