Got a Signature Select Chef Salad from the little salad/sandwich/cheese booth thing and have been dealing with tore up guts for nearly 24 hours now. I know it was the salad because it was all I ate last night and you can clearly see the salad in my stool. ?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate popcorn chicken yesterday around 1:15pm , didn’t sleep at all, sweating, nauseous, and started having diarrhea/vomiting this morning. I'm not totally sure if it was 5 guys or the watermelon I ate. I ate a grilled cheesebuger and fries at around 4. Watermelon at home around 6.
