Ate dinner here and immediately felt nauseous by the time we got the check. After getting home, the stomach pain only continued to get worse. About 2 hours later I was violently vomiting over and over again. Diarrhea, continued nausea and abdominal pain continued for the next 10 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Additional information: The store looked unusual. The case, which usually has breads and samples, was totally empty. I have never seen that.

After eating several of these bars I believed I had come down with a really bad flu. I had severe diarrhea and cramping, nausea and vomiting, and a light fever.
